Management of the National Parks
The Ugandan Wildlife Authority is responsible for the management and conservation of both national parks. These details, including those of UWA-Face planted areas, can be found in the summary of the Mount Elgon and Kibale conservation plans. The local population and further interested parties have been informed of the UWA-Face activities by means of a widely spread brochure.
